COURSE FEES AND WAYS OF PAYING
The online price of the course will be clearly displayed and will not contain any hidden extras or taxes.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted such as Mastercard, Visa, Switch, or if you wish to pay by cheque please call us on 0870 850 1895.

By booking on our course you agree to our terms and conditions.

GENERAL
Conduct
1. Life Fit Ltd attendees must agree to the rules.
2. Attendees must advise staff of any personal, current disability such as blindness, deafness, heart condition, epilepsy and other health conditions, etc. prior to attending workshops so that they help to avoid accidents, injuries or misadventures to themselves and others.
3. Whilst using the venue facilities all attendees accept responsibility for their state of health and physical condition.
4. Attendees’ behaviour in the venue must not constitute a security or safety hazard to themselves or others in the venue.
5. The proprietors' liability for damage or loss to attendees' property is strictly limited to any damage or loss suffered as a direct result of the negligence of proprietors or their staff.
6. Where applicable cars must be parked correctly in the car park giving due attention and priority to disabled users. No liability is accepted for loss or damage to cars or property and are left solely at the owners' risk.

By agreeing to our terms and conditions you agree responsibility.

ACTIVITIES
1. All workshops should be pre-booked.
2. Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn at all times.
3. Please report to reception 15 minutes before commencement of workshop.

CANCELLATION
Where written notice of cancellation is received by Life Fit Ltd prior to commencement of the course a partial refund of fees may be allowed subject to a cancellation fee according to the period of notice on the following scale:

15 days or more - £25 administration fee
14 to 8 days - 50% of course fee
7 days or less - 100% of course fee

CANCELLATION BY LIFE FIT LTD
Life Fit Ltd reserves the right to change dates and venues. Life Fit Ltd reserves the right to alter the course content, location or cancel any course at any time without liability.

UNFORESEEN EVENTS
We are entitled to delay or reduce the level and/or scope of service(s) (including session materials) if we are prevented from or hindered or delayed in obtaining or delivering the services (including session materials) as a result of any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

It is, however, important to share the photos with other attendees who have attended the events and with new enquirers who want to know more about Life Fit Ltd and what we do. If, however, you see a photograph you would not like to be used please contact us with details and in the case of web photos we will remove them ASAP and in the case of printed materials we will ensure that the photo is not used in further print runs.
